α-Richtwerte: Stahl ≈11,5 · Edelstahl ≈16,5 · Alu ≈23 · Messing ≈18,5 ·10⁻⁶/K. Maßgeblich ist die Bezugstemperatur 20 °C nach ISO 1: ein Maß, das warm gemessen wurde, steht nicht auf der Zeichnung.
